Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, user manual, warranty cards, and other original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
Before a product launch, in case you have made any pre-bookings by paying a certain amount for a product and post the launch of that particular product, you wish to cancel the booked product. In such case, please allow one to two weeks for refund to be credited into your account from the day you have initiated the cancellation request of your pre-booked product. You will be contacted once your refund is complete.
