The built-in "mini darkroom" (no shaking required!)
You don't need an old-school photography studio because every instax™ print comes with its very own "mini darkroom" hidden inside. As the photo slides out of your camera, built-in rollers smoothly spread a special black developer fluid across the film.
This fluid creates a temporary, pitch-black darkroom environment right inside the film layer to kickstart the development process. And despite what you see in the movies, there's no need to shake your instax™ photo! For the clearest, most perfect results, just lay it flat and let the chemistry do its thing.
