It can be paired with 1 phone. First unpair your phone to pair it with a different phone.
What video formats are supported?
Compatible formats are mov for iOS and mp4 for Android. Files must be three minutes or less.
Why does it request access to my location?
Location access is needed to connect to a printer via Bluetooth.
How do I update Link WIDE firmware?
Follow the procedure below.
１）Launch the instax Link WIDE app and tap the settings icon on the upper right.
２）Once you are on the settings menu screen, tap “Check Version Updates for Printer.”
(Make sure your printer is connected when you perform this step)
３）If a new firmware update is available, follow the instructions on your screen to update.
